We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel such as bras and bralettes must be tried on over clean underwear and cannot show any signs of wear.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States. To start a return, click on the Returns tab on our website and enter your order number. A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team before sending it back so we can ensure the item is available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
